Set in a new location— the stunning historic ballroom and east lakeside plaza on Chicago’s Navy Pier, Taste of the Nation Chicago 2011once again featured the largest gathering of Michelin-starred and James Beard award-winners and nominees from the city of Chicago, as well as the city’s most celebrated mixologists from its groundbreaking craft cocktail scene, in addition to fine wines, local craft beers, and premium spirits. Guests also enjoyed live entertainment by Chicago’s hottest DJs, and a silent auction, which featured many unique experiences and delightful packages.
