Sheila G. Bennett is the Director of Share Our Strength’s Great American Dine Out – a national event that engages every sector of the restaurant industry to raise funds to end childhood hunger in America. She has more than 25 years in marketing, development and sales for the National Restaurant Association, Sara Lee Corporation’s PYA Monarch, Compass Group, N.A., Basix Restaurant Services and Ruby Tuesday. She is an active member of Les Dames d’Escoffier – Atlanta Chapter and the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She has also served as a contributing writer for Inside Louisville and PC Create as the Savory Bites columnist.
