Fan of the Great American Dine Out
Ruthann Swain is originally from Michigan (Go Blue!), but after moving around a bit (California, England, North Carolina), she found herself in Suwanee, Georgia. She works for a Fortune 500 company in a bridge job between marketing and business processes; she finds it an interesting and challenging mix. Because of the position, everything social media has become one her passions. She also loves to get together with her friends, have great conversations and either cook a fabulous home cooked meal or go out to eat. Through a teacher friend of hers, who taught in low income districts, she came to realize there were many children whose only meal came from the schools. Because of this when she first heard of the Great American Dine Out, she became a great fan. It combined two of her favorite things, eating and helping others.
