Megan Hildebrandt is a Senior Program Coordinator at Operation Frontline Colorado (OFLC). Megan is originally from New Mexico but landed in Denver about 6 years ago and has been with OFLC for the past 3 years. Megan has an undergraduate degree in dietetics and a MS in Nutrition. Working as a renal dietitian for 2 years helped fuel her desire to work with the community regarding preventative nutrition education and intervention. She not only has a passion for nutrition but the culinary arts as well. She comes from a family with a rich food heritage and has worked in several kitchens along the way. Being a coordinator for OFLC has been such a rewarding experience for her because it combines several of her passions including teaching people that healthy food can taste good and be fun to create!
Megan loves to cook, eat, explore new restaurants, and run…..gotta keep up with all of that eating!
