Jill Panichelli is Manager of Program Development for Share Our Strength’s Cooking Matters. She oversees the research and development of curricula for Cooking Matters’ signature cooking-based nutrition education courses, as well as other educational materials. Jill became involved with Cooking Matters first as a volunteer, while she was working at the Corporate Executive Board in Washington DC.
Through her volunteer work, she quickly discovered her passion for helping low-income families develop healthy lifestyles and soon began graduate school at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She spent her graduate internship conducting formative research for Cooking Matters’ Side by Side program for parents and kids together, and has been involved with Cooking Matters and Share Our Strength in some capacity ever since! In her spare time, Jill enjoys cooking, running, yoga, Zumba, and taking her dog Max to the park.
