Our Experience at the Great American Dine Out

Well, it’s finally here!
We couldn’t think of a better reason to treat ourselves to dinner other than to participate in Share our Strength’s Great American Dine Out. So on Sunday evening I headed out with two friends to do our part toward making No Kid Hungry.
Our restaurant of choice was Taste , which we found by using the Great American Dine Out Restaurant Map. Located on Melrose Ave in Los Angeles and situated in the heart of West Hollywood’s best shopping district, Taste offered a incredible selection on their menu as well as a wonderful atmosphere.
I now understand why they selected the name Taste after sampling their menu. Our evening started with the white truffle oil & mushroom mac & cheese followed by the kobe beef cheese burger and the pepper crusted ahi tuna. We accompanied our selection with two glasses of chilled Pinot Grigio.
It was a wonderful evening with great company dining for a good cause helping to end child hunger in America. I hope that you’ll dine out this week as well! Get started by finding a restaurant in your area.
