A Visit with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County

Share Our Strength is a proud supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Inc., which encompasses 13 beautiful clubs doing amazing work in communities all over the county – a county where over 50% of kids are eligible for free/reduced price school meals.

Over the last few years we’ve been able to support the Club’s breakfast, lunch and snack programs and install two Good Food Gardens with the support of the Food Network. On a recent trip to South Florida as part of the Summer Meals tour, Katherine and I met with the Clubs’ strongest advocate and passionate champion – Lottie Gatewood, their VP of Resource Development.
